This ordering website, including related systems and subdomains (the "Service"), is provided by Dully ApS, CVR number 42324930, Rådhusstræde 3, st., 1466 Copenhagen K, Denmark (Mealo/Dully). The Service enables you to order goods from independent restaurants, takeaway venues and similar establishments (the "Restaurants"). These terms and conditions (the "Terms") apply to your use of the Service, including the ordering and payment of goods via the Service.
By completing an order, you accept these Terms.
When you order goods via the Service, Dully (Mealo/Dully) acts as a commercial agent on behalf of the selected Restaurant.

The purchase agreement for the delivery of goods is entered into directly between you and the Restaurant. Dully is not a party to this purchase agreement.
When you pay for an order via the Service to Dully, such payment is made with discharging effect, and you are thereby released from your payment obligation towards the Restaurant.
A completed order via the Service constitutes a binding offer to the Restaurant to deliver the ordered goods.
The delivery agreement becomes binding only once the Restaurant has accepted the order.
The Restaurant may reject an order, for example if the goods are unavailable or if capacity does not allow production. In such cases, you will be informed and any payment made will be cancelled or refunded.
Orders may be placed either as a guest or as a registered user.
When placing an order as a guest, you are responsible for providing correct and complete contact and delivery information, including name, email address, phone number and delivery address.
Order confirmations and any communication relating to the order will be sent to the details provided at the time of ordering.
Prices for goods are displayed at the time you select the products. The total price, including any delivery costs, is shown before payment is completed.
All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT.
Payment is made when the order is placed, as the Restaurant begins preparation immediately thereafter.

For delivery orders, you are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is correct and complete. Delivery is carried out either by the Restaurant itself or by a third-party logistics partner.
Any stated delivery times are indicative only and do not constitute a guarantee.
If an incorrect or incomplete address results in delay or failed delivery, neither Dully nor the Restaurant can be held responsible for costs related to re-production or re-delivery.
If you experience errors or deficiencies with your order, you are encouraged to first contact the relevant Restaurant directly, as the Restaurant is responsible for the quality, accuracy and delivery of the goods.
If you are unable to contact the Restaurant, or if the matter is not resolved satisfactorily, you may contact Dully’s customer service within 48 hours of placing the order.
In such cases, Dully will assist with the dialogue between you and the Restaurant and may, following a specific assessment, choose to provide full or partial compensation.
Any compensation is provided without Dully becoming a party to the purchase agreement or assuming the Restaurant’s responsibility.

There is no right of withdrawal for purchases of food and beverages, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.
For the purchase of gift cards or similar digital products, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies, unless otherwise stated.
